Comprehensive and practical Multi-Crew Cooperation Training
Our MCC course curriculum is designed to provide pilots with an in-depth understanding of multi-crew operations, focusing on the fundamental principles of crew resource management (CRM), effective communication strategies, and advanced decision-making techniques. Key topics covered include: division of cockpit responsibilities in a two-pilot environment, effective communication between crew members to enhance flight safety, workload management and situational awareness in high-pressure scenarios, problem-solving and leadership skills for complex operational decision-making.
Pre-entry requirement
- Licence: Hold an EASA CPL(A) Licence with ATPL theory.
- Minimum English Language Proficiency Requirement: EASA/ICAO ELP Level 4. Applicants must hold a valid EASA/ICAO ELP Level 4 certificate or higher. If you do not yet have one, you can apply for certification here. Pass the entry English Test at Mach Aviation Academy.
- Medical: Valid EASA 1st Class Medical Certificate.
- Knowledge, Skills, Attitude: Adequate knowledge of ATPL theory.
- Adequate personal attitude: Commitment to becoming a professional pilot.
